Our deli items are all made using Jo’s tried and loved recipes. We stock homemade pestos, hummus and dips, all made to Jo’s recipes that she has perfected over the years from cooking for The Gallery Café and The Green Barn Restaurant. These small batch products are bursting with flavour, texture and goodness. Joanna is a self-confessed foodie; if she can’t find what she is looking for in the walled kitchen garden she will source only the best, from Irish producers when possible.
We only stock products that Jo loves to use when cooking, from our seasonal produce to delicous Irish and French cheeses, to Italian and Spanish olive oils, pastas and everything a foodie loves.
We have a curated selction of mostly biodynamic and organic wines that we love to drink, mostly from small wineries from countries that we frequent on our travels. Whites are crisp and dry, Rosés always dry, light in colour and generally from Provence and Reds,well who doesn’t like a bottle to suit the time of year or day or suitable occasion.
