2 Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Retreats at Burtown House & Gardens, Co. Kildare, Ireland

9th - 12th May 2019

25th - 28th July 2019

So very very much looking forward to returning to the incredibly beautiful Burtown House & Gardens and the Green Barn for 2 retreats in 2019

In May we will celebrate the stirrings of new life in the soil and the fresh buds of spring there in the beautiful gardens

We will practice kundalini yoga kriyas to release the old and bring in the fresh new energy of spring

The long July days will be filled with kundalini yoga practices to really connect to the fullness of ourselves, to come back into the deep connection with our true essence

We will practice to allow the abundance to flow in and to celebrate the time of ripening and blossoming and full flowering in the gardens

Expect to have a strong kundalini yoga experience helping you to re-connect to your own power and vitality.

The house and gardens speak for themselves and are just utterly divine!

It’s a real honour to have been invited back again and for sure some of my most memorable days of last summer were here at Burtown

It’s an absolute joy to co-create these retreats with my wonderful client and friend Joanna Fennell who is our host and who designs the menus to compliment the yoga programme.

The food offering is beyond amazing and we have private dining at The Green Barn restaurant in the garden, eating only the freshest possible seasonal produce that has almost always come straight from the organic kitchen garden that very morning. The Green Barn’s interior spaces are rustic and contemporary, with an amazing view of the kitchen garden. Joanna will be working with grower Dermot and head chef Phil to produce delicious healthy vegetarian dishes.

RETREAT PROGRAMME

We look forward to welcoming you on the Thursday afternoon and we will begin the yoga journey with our first class at 6.30pm followed by a long gong bath followed by dinner.

On Friday and Saturday we will have 2 long kundalini yoga and meditation classes with gong baths and a workshop with the afternoon free to relax ideally in the gardens.

We will complete after lunch on Sunday which will be after a class, breakfast and our final workshop.

We will practice as much as possible out in the gardens and have a wonderful choice of the rock garden, or within the yew walk, in the sundial garden or in the wild woodland garden where we will be surrounded on all sides by water.

No previous yoga experience is necessary to enjoy this powerful retreat, it will be a calling of your soul to join us here and share the magic. Burtown House is a dream location for me and I am so honoured to share summer soul adventures here with you.
