About the Winery & Mallorcan Wines

Can Axartell Winery, located in the north of Mallorca, is known for its organic, gravity-fed winemaking, allowing wines to develop naturally with purity and balance. Mallorcan wines are shaped by a Mediterranean climate, limestone soils, and indigenous grape varieties such as Callet and Giró Ros. The result is wines with fresh acidity, mineral character, and vibrant fruit, offering a distinctive and modern Mediterranean style.

The Menu & Pairings

Lobster Tempura Paired with Blanco A vibrant, complex white blend with notes of stone fruit and balanced acidity — fresh yet textured, ideal with the delicacy of lobster.

Burrata & Tomato Bruschetta Paired with Corum A refined Malvasía with bright acidity and subtle creaminess from oak, complementing both the freshness of tomato and richness of burrata.

Prawn Pil Pil Paired with Aurorum Rosé A vibrant rosé with redcurrant, cherry and soft herbal notes — its freshness and rounded texture balance the warmth of garlic and chilli.

Steak with Chimichurri Paired with Terrum An elegant expression of the native Callet grape — silky, fresh and layered with red berry notes, perfectly suited to grilled beef.

The Experience

Each wine will be introduced and discussed by Antoni Genovart, a Mallorcan sommelier from Can Axartell Winery, who has also spent time working within Ireland’s wine scene — offering a unique insight into both the wines and their perfect pairings. Pricing €55 per person Includes all four dishes, paired wines, and bread on the table. Booking is essential. Limited places available.
