We stock homemade pestos, hummus and dips, all made to Joanna’s recipes that she has perfected over the years from cooking for The Gallery Café and The Green Barn Restaurant. These small batch products are bursting with flavour, texture and goodness. Joanna is a self-confessed foodie; if she can’t find what she is looking for in the walled kitchen garden she will source only the best, from Irish producers when possible.
Fresh Seasonal Produce
Our walled kitchen garden, polytunnels and fields provide us with a bounty of fresh, delicious, seasonal produce all year round. Head Grower Dermot Carey and his team tend to our produce daily to ensure the greatest care is taken from seed to harvest.
We try to source only the finest products for Jo’s Pantry, using only a handful of suppliers that we know and trust. Our ethos when it comes to the products we sell is simple, if we don’t love it, we don’t stock it. Most of what we sell is produced here in Ireland; we believe small producers have a lot to offer and should be supported.
