At Burtown, our food offering follows the natural rhythm of the week, allowing our kitchen to focus on seasonality, quality and a warm, generous style of hospitality.
Midweek (Wednesday – Friday)
We offer a relaxed, casual lunch menu designed for ease and enjoyment — ideal for garden visits, informal lunches and catching up with friends.
Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
Weekend dining has a more considered pace. Brunch is served both mornings, while lunch is offered as a seasonal three-course set menu, allowing our kitchen team to deliver a consistent and thoughtful dining experience during our busiest services.
Friday & Saturday Evenings
Dinner is served on Friday and Saturday nights with a refined à la carte menu shaped by the seasons. This is our most considered dining experience, designed for lingering evenings and special occasions.
This weekly rhythm allows us to focus on what we do best: seasonal food, calm service and a sense of occasion — all within the setting of the Burtown estate.

From November - April (excluding December) our Brunch Menu is served Friday to Sunday 09:00 - 11:15, from April - October (and December) our Brunch Menu is served Wednesday to Sunday 09:00 - 11:15

We love to host weddings here at Burtown, we will get creative with you, pairing our historic setting with a contemporary twist, beautiful gardens and superb, freshly-picked food straight from the garden. Almost all our produce is grown organically in the gardens here at Burtown. We only ever use free range chicken, wild seafood and the finest Irish beef. We are passionate about what you eat and so your menu will be based on our seasonal organic produce. We have a really great wine menu, and can design a bar for your special night.
We are passionate about our wines and we work closely with our suppliers to source wines that we can stand by. We source wines that compliment our produce and menus. As a restaurant we only stock wine that are produced by small batch winemakers using, when possible, organic grapes and sustainable methods. We hope you enjoy our wine list as much as we do.
