The Stream Barn gives corporate events at Burtown an entirely new scale.

Set beside the stream and woodland garden, it is a flexible space designed to accommodate presentations, product launches, dinners, exhibitions and larger company gatherings.

Covered verandas connect the building to the surrounding landscape, while the open interior can be configured differently depending on the event.

For companies looking for somewhere with privacy, space and character — without the atmosphere of a conventional conference venue — the Stream Barn provides a particularly versatile starting point.

Meetings & Smaller Gatherings

Not every corporate gathering needs a large venue.

The Burtown Pantry and areas of The Green Barn work particularly well for smaller teams, leadership meetings, private business lunches and informal presentations.

A morning meeting can become lunch, followed by time outside or drinks afterwards, allowing people to spend the day together without constantly moving between venues.

Product Launches & Brand Events

The variety of spaces and landscapes across Burtown makes the estate particularly suited to product launches, press events, showcases and brand experiences.

Indoor and outdoor spaces can be combined, with the Stream Barn providing a central event space and the surrounding parkland, farm roads, gardens and buildings creating opportunities for displays, photography and different stages of an event.

The Stable Yard House and Studio provide a more private and characterful alternative to conventional business accommodation, with our Eco Barn Cabins creating further opportunities for groups to stay together on the estate.
