Sour Chef
We are looking for an experienced sous chef to join our kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in food and be familiar with our concept and ethos. We are a farm to fork restaurant with an emphasis on seasonal produce. The ideal candidate will be a team player.
You will be responsible for supporting our head chef Sylvain Cotswana in leading our kitchen team, delivering menus that reflect our seasonal produce from walled kitchen garden, polytunnels and field scale plots.
You will lead by example setting the standard and pace of the kitchen.
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year

Breakfast / Baking
We are looking for a part time / full time chef to join our team here at the Greenb Barn. Your job will working with head chef Sylvain Cotswana on brunch shifts and other areas of the kithen from prep to baking. You will gain the experience of working with the best possible produce that has almost awlays been grown onsite in our gardens.
