Gill Meller returns for his fourth cooking feast at The Green Barn, this time in conjunction with the Irish launch of his 2nd book ‘Time’. For the evenings entrainment he will be cooking a selection of dishes that appear in this new book. Following on from three epic dinning experiences of amazing food, produce and fun, we are very excited to be welcoming Gill back for another night of exciting flavour combinations using mostly organic produce produced here at The Green Barn at Burtown House and Gardens.
