Carlow Garden Festival - Carl Wright will be discussing 'A Woodland Garden'
Carl Wright, columnist with the Irish Garden, takes a look at how most gardens contain at least one section of woodland! The talk explains the actual meaning of the term and how the woodland ‘system’ works from the top canopy to the woodland floor. An Irish based talk, it will include all aspects of a woodland eco-system, with sections on wildlife, native plants, lichens and fungi and a selection of garden worthy plants suitable for Irish woodland gardens.
