Wood-Fired Pizza Evenings at Burtown Launching Thursday, April 23rd
We are delighted to introduce a new series of evenings at The Green Barn — wood-fired pizza nights, returning to Burtown for the first time in several years.
To mark the launch, we welcome Blásta Pizza, a highly regarded wood-fired pizza business run by two brothers from Kilkenny, known for their work across festivals, private events, and some of Ireland’s most vibrant food gatherings.
For one evening, our wood-fired oven will be brought back to life, serving a menu of beautifully crafted pizzas, cooked simply and properly over flame.
Alongside this, we will be pouring a selection of Italian wines from our Spring wine list, chosen to complement the food and the relaxed, convivial atmosphere of the evening.
This event marks the beginning of what we hope will become a monthly series, bringing together great food, great music, guest collaborators, and a more informal, energetic evening offering at Burtown.
